The Solution
The problem is that cats are really stressed in the TNR (trap neuter release) process and that's not good for them. When they are getting transferred in the car or are waiting for surgery in someones home, it's a new environment which is terrifying for them. Using something to cover them, calms them down. Trappers use towels or blankets
The problem is that cats are really stressed in the TNR (trap neuter release) process and that's not good for them. When they are getting transferred in the car or are waiting for surgery in someones home, it's a new environment which is terrifying for them. Using something to cover them, calms them down. Trappers use towels or blankets to cover them but it doesn't work that well because there's no hole for the handle, and if they cut a hole with just a pair of scissors it gets unraveled overtime. Also when using a towel as a cover, most of the time it won't fit properly it'll be too short or too long. TNR trappers are in a big need for these well made , correctly sized trap covers.

Our solution to solve this problem is we will be teaching people how to make a correctly sized TNR trap covers so they can donate them to their local rescue or shelter, by providing them with detail step by step instructions on:

- How to make a sewing pattern using the measureme

- How to make a sewing pattern using the measurements needed for the trap they have.
- Finally how to sew the trap cover all on their own.
We will show them how to make their own TNR trap cover that is correctly sized for any trap their local rescue or shelter might need by offering step by step instructions via a PDF file and a video demonstration for visual learning.

We are providing our PDF and video instructions we have created and provided for free distribution, to different shelters, rescues and instructional websites. Our goal is by having our information in online places where people look for how to support their local rescue or shelter or where people look for how to make an item, they can easily find our instructions on how to sew TNR trap covers. We hope to inspire as many people as we can nationwide, so they can help feral cats by making correctly sized TNR covers for their local shelters and rescues.
